Hello fellow bettors!

What I would like to present here is not a strategy in the true sense, but rather a small collection of selection criteria that have been profitable for me in my search for safe tips. Other users of this site have already presented systems with which these criteria can best be used.

My own main strategy is to spread the total stake of a day over several different tip combinations with high hit probability. It is particularly important to apply as many selection criteria as possible in order to be able to add one or more “surefire tips “ to each combination. However, it cannot be mentioned often enough that “THE” DEADSAFE TIP does not exist. But a very high probability in each case pays off in the long run. By the way, I never bet more than a total of half of the total balance.

Now for the tips:

International tournaments such as World Championships, European Cups etc. make it possible – especially in the qualifying rounds – for top favourites and absolute outsiders to meet up with amateurs. However, in such encounters one should rather limit oneself to those that promise a really clear difference in class, at least if one wants to be absolutely sure. The performance of the weaker club will most certainly be stronger than usual.

– In the final phase of a season – i.e. during the last 5 rounds – motivation plays a big role for clubs that are still fighting for the championship or European Cup starting places or are facing a relegation battle. A match between a highly ranked club with nothing at stake and a potential relegation candidate is therefore not suitable for betting because of the unpredictability. On the other hand, a strong club fighting for one of the highest positions in a match against a mediocre club that is neither in danger of relegation nor has chances of a starting place in an international competition deserves special attention. Especially when the team for whom the win would be important is the host.

– The sports betting providers always like to build little traps into their offers. You must definitely reckon with this and give it a wide berth. Such a trap can look like this: an actually balanced match between clubs that nobody in the provider’s clientele knows (e.g. from the lowest football league in Chile) has very unbalanced odds, such as 1.25 – 4.50 – 5.60. At first glance, this looks quite tempting, and then you bet a large amount for a 33% chance of winning. Such betting offers (for which there must be some kind of insider expression) usually give themselves away by the fact that they are about games of clubs that obviously nobody knows, so you often don’t have the possibility to compare the odds with those of other providers. Or there is a single match from a league that usually does not appear in the offer of your provider. Most of them have all the games from a few selected national and international leagues in their standard programme every week. If then suddenly a single match from a foreign league appears – Finger off! Often it is then also a match from a star club (whose popularity and general strength is underlined by the odds) and an internationally unknown, but not much weaker opponent. If you then take a closer look, you will notice that, for example, the star club has many injured players or has had to sell its best players due to financial problems. Or the weaker club is fighting for a European Cup qualification, while the season has long been over for the stronger one.

– In principle, you can say: Ignore all games of really weak leagues and nations! The weaker the two meeting teams are overall, the more unpredictable they play. That is why sports betting providers also like to pack regional leagues and the like permanently into their offers. The odds are also designed to cause confusion in the orientation, after all, you don’t see these games live anywhere.

– What is also not advisable are tips on national football cup matches In such tournaments, it is not uncommon for the club that is supposed to be the favourite to be beaten by one or even two leagues below. “Not rare” is perhaps an exaggeration, but it is clear that the weaker clubs give everything here, while the stronger ones count on a victory from the outset and prefer to save their strength for the championship taking place at the same time.

– In a football duel in which the home team is the favourite it often happens that the coach of the away team opts for a strongly defensive, destructive style of play. They will do everything to keep the score at 0-0 and take advantage of every counter-attacking opportunity. With this strategy, it is usually the case that the goalkeeper of the away team is confronted with a great many shots. Therefore, a special factor to be taken into account in such games is the class of this goalkeeper. If he is particularly strong, the game becomes less interesting for a tip. If, however, he has made a lot of mistakes recently and has therefore been criticised in the media, he will feel very insecure in an away match against a stronger opponent, especially if it is clear from the outset that a lot of work awaits him and a lot of responsibility rests on him due to the tactics used.

– If you have one or more favourite athletes or teams apart from betting, beware of attributing an unconscious bonusto him/her when betting.

– An also very interesting note from another author, which I would like to mention again separately, is that games that take place in the rainare generally more unpredictable.

What should be clear from the outset – but I’ll add for the sake of completeness – collect as much information as possible for every game. Interviews, statistics, data of all kinds – the odds are mainly based on the previous results. The following applies: It is best to completely dispense with the information that the betting agencies make available to you on their pages. Get it from various sports news sources And: learn from your mistakes, develop a tact. And always expect losses. Plan everything so that they happen within a controllable range. But most importantly: start small. Most mistakes are made at the beginning. The most important thing is to find out what works and what does not. If you’re on the right track, you’ll keep gaining anyway, and you’ll soon be able to benefit from your accumulated experience on a broader scale.

Good luck and above all, have fun!
