Hello weather and strategists,
Maybe it’s not necessarily to be called strategy, but it’s at least a conspicuity that has given me some nice wins. Here the quotesare strikingly differentfrom my estimate
In the European competitions some K.O. rounds take place, which consist of first and second legs Special “rules” apply here:
If a team has already won the first leg away from home by a large margin, so that it seems certain that it will advance, it often happens that it does not win the second leg or even loses. This team simply does not have to win at all and the opponent is also free to play. The bets are only limited to the second leg, and not to the progress. However, this peculiarity in the mode is not reflected in the odds.
Two striking examples occurred this year in the UEFA Cup (now Europa League!) 2007/08 with German participation:
RSC Anderlecht – Bayern Munich 0:5
Bayern Munich – RSC Anderlecht 1:2
Bayer Leverkusen – Zenit St. Petersburg 1:4
Zenit St. Petersburg – Bayer Leverkusen 0:1
The latter pairing had clear odds (approx. 1.7) for Leverkusen in the first leg. For the second leg, St. Petersburg suddenly became the favourite (approx. 2.1) and a lot of money was paid for a Leverkusen victory (approx. 3.8). I was happy to secure this profit.
With the best will in the world, I cannot understand why the match strengths and probabilities should shift so much within a week.
From my experience one wins in such games in relation to the odds above average often And that is exactly what matters in targeted betting.
Good luck to all who want to give it a try.
